POLO édition habitat (UK) 2002 – 2004.

Cette table basse est née à la demande d’habitat, qui venait de sélectionner
ma chauffeuse « fred ». Elle correspond aux 2 ans de ma première fille Ysé et à des
préocupations de jeune papa qui tenait à protéger son enfant des chutes de verres
ou autres vases. Le percement du plateau devient un périmètre de sécurité.
Elle fait désormais partie de l’histoire d’habitat.

This coffee table was born at the request of habitat, which had just selected my low fireside chair « fred ».
It corresponds to 2 years of my first daughter Ysé and to concerns of young dad who was anxious to
protect his child of the falls of glasses or other vases. The drilling of the tray becomes a security perimeter.
It is a part from now of story of habitat.
